"Features in this release:
1. Introduction of User Groups We are going to extend our access management by introducing user groups. Each user group consists of permissions that allow users specific access to functionality within the suite. The user groups will replace the role functionality. An intercom page will be available after the release where you can learn further information for the new functionality. (https://intercom.help/blancohelps/en/articles/5223944-access-management)
2. Ability to assign professional users to clients in Client File. Similar to the Onboarding module, you will be able to assign the clients to your agents and account managers.
3. We revamped the screening page in Client File to improve the speed of handling screening hits. You will be able to quickly edit the relevance and the risk of a hit. Also, we added filters to improve your search on the hits and highlighted the search criteria to better understand how the screening search was configured.
4. In client onboarding you will be able to export the prospect table with all the details it contains.
In addition, we will push various technical improvements and bug fixes.
