Dear costumer,

Because of the feedback we received in regards to the recently added field 'External Client ID', we decided to remove it. Clients that requested to keep the field, they still have the option available.

We apologise for any inconvenience this might have caused you.

In the future we will add the option for administrators to toggle this field so you can better customise the KYC Suite to your needs.
